Pine Creek Property Management, LLC (PCPM) was created in 2004 by Tom and Paula Shaw.
Tom and Paula are both health care professionals who currently live in Lancaster PA. Married
for 10 years, they met in 1993 while working as Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Instructors.
The couple created PCPM in 2004 to fulfill their dream of moving to Tioga County PA where
Tom was raised and his family still resides.
PCPM specializes in comfortable, conveniently located vacation rental homes that are
designed with the outdoor and equine enthusiasts in mind. Our homes are available year
round.
